On Sunday, July 20, 2014 approximately 22 vehicles were entered while parked at residences in the Shenandoah Estates subdivision off Old Highway 138 in Fayette County. While responding to the area Sheriff’s Deputies located a suspicious male carrying several items. The male fled from deputies on a bicycle.
Attached images were obtained from the surveillance system at the BP Convenience Store (Highway 138 and Highway 314) of a person of interest that Sheriff’s Office investigators are trying to identify. The majority of the vehicles appear to have been unlocked and small items of value were removed. The items included loose change, shoes, ammunition and electronics. Please remember to lock your vehicle doors and keep valuables out of sight to deter crimes of this type.
