Huntsville, Alabama (July 23, 2014) On July 23, 2014, Huntsville Police Officers re-arrested David Jacobs Barrow, W/M, DOB 7/13/56, of Guntersville, AL. He is charged with 1 Count of Sodomy 1st, 1 Count of Human Trafficking 1st and 1 Count of Sexual Abuse of a Child Less Than 12 Years of Age. This arrest was the result of the ongoing investigation from earlier this year that uncovered another incident involving one of the same victims from his previous arrest. He has been booked into the Madison County Metro Jail on a $250,000 bond.
