Dearborn Police remind residents to use the Suspicious Activity Phone Line 943-3030.

Dearborn Police Department would like to remind residents to use the Suspicious Activity Phone Line. The Suspicious Activity Phone is available 24 hours a day seven days a week and is directly linked to the Police Dispatch Center. Residents can remain anonymous when calling.

o Report any suspicious people or cars in your neighborhood to the police
o Examples of suspicious activity may include:
 Vehicles that do not belong in the area
 Vehicles that are observed circling the area
 People on foot who are not familiar to you
 People who are observed looking into vehicles or attempting to open vehicles
o Report all Suspicious Activity Anonymously to (313) 943-3030
o Notify your friends, family and neighbors of these crime prevention tips and remind them to sign up for NIXLE Alerts. Sign up to NIXLE at NIXLE.com or text 48126 to 888-777.

It is also important to report all crimes to the Dearborn Police Department, no matter how small they may seem. Reporting crime allows the police to better deploy resources, gather statistics and effectively address criminal activity.
