WHAT: Updated Information on Shooting
WHERE: 500 Block of Bluerock
WHEN: July 19th at 11:20 am
SUSPECT: Cesar Rosales, 1/18/92 out of Washington State
DEPARTMENT CONTACT: Sergeant Chad Pfarr
Interviews were conducted this evening with Rosales, his mother and step-father. As a result of those interviews Rosales was arrested for Attempted Murder. Rosales was booked at the San Luis Obispo County Jail with bail set at $500,000.
Additional investigation will continue in the days to come. Any additional inquiries into the outcome of that follow-up investigation should be directed to Detective Lieutenant John Bledsoe.
