Synopsis: Suspect Terrance Behan 70 years old attacked a 54 year old woman, who he did not know at 3000 Mission Blvd. Behan became upset with the woman because she was smoking. Behan grabbed the woman and put a knife to her throat. The woman struggled with Behan and broke free. Behan stabbed the woman in her left chest. Behan was taken into custody. The woman was treated at the scene for a small laceration on her left chest and abrasions on her throat. Behan was arrested and taken to jail. Northern Division is investigating.
