Armed Robbery Arrest: Subject arrested from July 4th robbery that occurred on Raymond Ave 
On Monday, July 14, 2014, the Town of Poughkeepsie Police arrested a seventeen year old male for a robbery that had occurred on Raymond Avenue during the evening hours of July 4, 2014. The 55 year old male victim of the robbery was thrown to the ground and suffered a broken arm as well as a laceration to the face from a knife. The suspect stole the victims I-Pad and cell phone. The victim was treated at Vassar Brothers Medical Center and released.
The defendant is identified as Quaran Wills, Age 17 of 237 Hooker Avenue, Poughkeepsie, N.Y. He was charged with First Degree Robbery (B-Felony) and First Degree Assault (B-Felony). The defendant was arraigned on July 14, 2014 and remanded to Dutchess County Jail in lieu of $50,000 cash / $100,000 bond bail.
