SAN BERNARDINO- Caltrans and All American Asphalt continue the paving rehabilitation project on State Route 38 between Forest Falls and Greenway Drive in Big Bear. Operations will change direction on Monday, July 28, and begin working their way downhill to Forest Falls. One way traffic control will be in effect for the project duration. Work hours are from 8 am to 5 pm and a work schedule for the Big Bear area follows
