Investigators with the Harris County Sheriff’s Office Crimes Against Children Unit arrested and charged 47 year- old Soengsug Soelberg Miller ( DOB 06/30/67) with aggravated sexual assault of a child , promotion of child pornography and possession of child pornography.
Investigators took Miller into custody yesterday, Wednesday, July 16, 2014 at 10:30 pm, after information was obtained on his whereabouts.
Investigators found Miller, sitting in a vehicle in a parking lot in the 8000 block of Kempwood drive in the City of Houston.
Warrant deputies approached the vehicle and took Miller into custody without incident.
He is being held on $300,000 bond in the Harris County detention facility.
