Synopsis: A San Diego Police Motor Officer saw a silver Jaguar driving at a high rate of speed W/B I-8. The Motor Officer conducted a traffic stop at W/B I-8 at College Ave. As the Motor Officer was walking towards the vehicle, the vehicle took off at a high rate of speed. The Motor Officer pursued the vehicle for 8 minutes. The vehicle pulled into a parking structure at 7500 Hazard Parkway. Officers located and impounded the vehicle. The suspect was identified as Jose Luis Gonzales, 54 years old. Mid City Division is investigating.
