AVOID John Smith Rd from McClellan to Windy City, starting Wed., 7/16/14, 1pm until further notice for pipe installation by the City. 
The Engineering Department has been notified by the City of Jackson's Stormwater Operations Department that they will temporarily close two- lanes, of John Smith Road from McClellan to Windy City Road to ALL THRU TRAFFIC, beginning today, Wednesday, July 16,2014, after 1:00 p.m. until further notice. The road closure is to install pipe under the road.
