UPDATE:
COURT ORDERED 'EXECUTION SALE" MUST BE POSTPONED
Due to the fact that the Sheriff’s Office has not received the required paperwork back from DMV,
the sale of the 2005 Honda CRV, scheduled to take place on July 17th, 2014 must be postponed once again.
Once the Sheriff's Office receives the required paperwork from DMV, the sale will be scheduled.
Rutherford County Sheriff's Office Civil Division apologizes for any inconvenience this may have caused.

COURT ORDERED "EXECUTION SALE"
POSTPONED UNTIL JULY 17TH, 2014
The sale of the 2005 Honda CRV, scheduled to take place today at 10:00am by the Rutherford County Sheriff's Office, has been postponed until July 17th, 2014 at 10:00am.
The postponement is due to the fact that the Sheriff’s Office has not received the required paperwork back from DMV.
Potential buyers will still be able to inspect the 2005 Honda CRV at 10:00am at 207 Fairground Road Spindale, NC.
