On 7/12/14, Robby McKnight (a resident of Santa Monica) was arrested for bicycle thefts in the Fox Hills residential area. As a result of the arrest, several bicycles and three children's Razor scooters were recovered and are presumably considered to be stolen. The Culver City Police Department is attempting to locate the owners of these bicycles and scooters.
