Chino Hills - Three suspects arrested for theft of third row seats in multiple vehicles

Suspect(s): Giovanni Calderon, age 24; Bobby Hernandez, age 24; Claudio Esquer, age 28- all residents of Los Angeles.
SUMMARY:
On Thursday, July 10, 2014, three suspects believed to be responsible for numerous third row seat burglaries were arrested in the City of Los Angeles by deputies from the Chino Hills Police/Sheriff’s Station.
Chino Hills deputies began the investigation several weeks ago after a series of third row seat thefts from vehicles occurred in the city of Chino Hills. After a thorough investigation was conducted, investigators from the Chino Hills Multiple Enforcement Team (MET), deputies and detectives from the Chino Hills Police/Sheriff’s Station served several search warrants at the suspect(s) residence’s in the City of Los Angeles. Investigators located stolen third row seats, an assault weapon and other stolen property linking the suspect(s) to the crimes.
All three suspects are also facing felony charges in Orange and Los Angeles counties. The three suspects are currently in custody in county jails and are being held on numerous felony charges.
