On July 14, 2014 at approximately 9:13 a.m., the Newport Beach Police Department’s Dispatch Center was notified of a traffic collision involving a vehicle and a motorcycle at the intersection of East Coast Highway and Reef Point Drive.
The motorcyclist suffered major injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene by Newport Beach Fire Department Paramedics. The circumstances of the collision are still under investigation.
