UPDATE - Missing Person Jose Padilla has been found. 
Jose Padilla, who was reported missing July 8, was located this morning by Sugar Creek Police near Cement City Road and 291 Highway. He appeared all right but will undergo a medical evaluation. Thank you to everyone who helped look for him.
