The Board of Water Supply (BWS) is responding to an 8-inch water main break at 87-561 Farrington Highway between St. Johns Road and Manuulaula Street. The water main break was initially reported at 4:05 a.m. this morning.
One customer is without water service at this time. A water wagon will be set up near the break site to provide affected customers with an alternate water source.
The broken water main is located approximately 25 feet off of Farrington Highway - repairs are not expected to result in any lane closures. All lanes on Farrington Highway were reopened as of 5:30 a.m.
An update will be provided when the situation changes.
