UPDATE:
Warrants have been secured and served on Billy James Atchley, 22, in reference to a domestic and arson investigation which began around 10:10 am on Friday morning.
Atchley has been charged with (1) count 2nd Degree Arson, in which he is accused of burning the home of Zackery Cambell, located at 582 Hollis Road, Ellenboro.
Bond was set at $30,000.00 secured.
Atchley has also been charged with (1) count Assault with a Deadly Weapon, for using a car in an attempt to run a female, whom he had been dating, off the road and (1) count Communicating Threats, for threatening the family of his girlfriend.
Atchley was denied bond for those charges.
Atchley will make his first court appearance on Monday.

On 7/11/2014 around 10:10 am, the Ellenboro Fire Department and the deputies with the Rutherford County Sheriff's Office were dispatched to a house fire at 584 Hollis Road in Ellenboro.
The fire is under investigation by the Rutherford County Fire Marshall, and it appears to be arson, which was the result of a domestic dispute.
Billy James Atchley, who gave an address of 375 Ledford Road in Ellenboro, has been arrested in connection with an earlier domestic dispute and is a suspect in the arson case on Hollis Road.
Detectives are in the process of securing warrants against Atchley at this time for Assault with a Deadly Weapon and Communicating Threats.
This case is still under investigation.
