OWI- fourth offense -Felony

On 07/11/2014 at 3:30 pm Officer Betley from The Janesville Police Department was sent to 3200 East Racine Street for a traffic complaint. The staff at the Dean Clinic reported that David Dorcey left the clinic in an intoxicated state. Officer Betley located him at his residence. Mr. Dorcey smelled strongly of intoxicants, and admitted to driving his vehicle home. He agreed to perform a few standardized field sobriety tests. The test he did perform gave an indication that he was intoxicated. The legal limit for his number of violations is .02. David Dorcey agreed to an evidentiary chemical test of his breath. The result of that test was .16g/210l of breath. He is currently being held at the Rock County Jail on a charge of OWI fourth offense, Felony.
