Car Flipped On Its Side in Traffic Collision
On July 11, 2014, ESPD officers responded to a traffic collision at Imperial Highway and Douglas Street involving a car flipped onto its side. The driver of one car was wearing her seatbelt and walked away from the collision. The occupants of the car flipped onto its side were also wearing their seatbelts. If the driver had not been buckled up, she could have easily been crushed to death when her car landed on its side. This is yet another traffic accident that reinforces the importance of seatbelts and how they can save lives and reduce injuries.
Please remember to always buckle up to protect yourself and your loved ones.
