Mothers Against Drunk Driving in cooperation with The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration selected Officer Todd Radloff to attend a No Refusal Workshop.
The workshop is in Denver Colorado on July 8th and 9th, 2014. The workshop will draw professionals from over 15 states. Officer Radloff was recognized recently by Mothers Against Drunk Drivers Wisconsin Office because of his aggressive third shift patrol duties. The workshop will discuss legal perspectives, methods and strategies for the streamlined handling of matters related to the issuance of warrants to take a blood sample from drivers who refuse to submit to a breath alcohol test. Mothers Against Drunk Drivers covered the expenses associated with attending the workshop.
