Traffic Crash in Mason Twp.

Cass County Sheriff Joseph M. Underwood Jr. reports that on 07/07/2014 at 2058 hrs his office was called to investigate a crash that occurred in Mason township on Old M 205 near Autum Drive. 32 year old Centreville Resident, Henry Eicher, was traveling east on Old M 205 when he fail to stop for a vehicle that was turning off of Old M 205, Henry Eicher rear ended the other vehicle which was being driven by Melissa Tompkins 27 years old from South Bend IN and passenger Stephanie Keesling 28 years old from Edwardsburg, MI. Tompkins and Keesling were transported by EMS to Elkhart General Hospital for their injuries. Eicher was not injured in the crash. Alcohol use is not suspected and all subjects were wearing their seat belts. This case remains under investigation.
