This morning APD officers responded to the Downtown Ashland area for a reported break in of a vehicle. An unattended vehicle’s window was smashed and items were stolen. APD is currently investigating the incident.
Residents are reminded to report any suspicious behavior to police by calling 911 immediately and providing a description of the suspicious person or situation. Also, please secure valuables in vehicles in the trunk or out of sight to deter criminals.
