On 07/04/2014 at 10:03 PM Janesville Police Department Patrol Officers and Street Crimes Unit (SCU) Officers responded to the 500 block of S. Parker Dr. for an unconscious 23 year old female. Upon officer arrival the female was found unconscious with no pulse. Officers provided chest compressions until Paramedics arrived. The female did regain consciousness, and was transported by ambulance for medical treatment. She was found to have over dosed on heroin.
This investigation remains open. SCU will be following up and making contact with other persons of interest regarding this matter.
