Advisory

MONSOON WEATHER

Greetings!

As we are now on the doorstep of the Monsoon Weather which brings sudden gusts, dust storms and occasionally heavy rains, flooded roadways and flooded dips where normally dry arroyos are seen with sand and no water - will quickly and dramatically change as storms developing and local flooding occurs.

IF caught while driving in a Dust Storm, please pull to the side of the roadway, park your car, turn off your lights, and take your foot OFF of the Brakes so drivers behind you do not see your tail lights and run into you.

This message is a safety advisory from Regional Fire & Rescue Department, a non-profit, public charitable organization that serves unincorporated residents, businesses and motorists travelling on County Roadways, State Highways and Interstates that are not located within City Limits. Please drive safety and plan accordingly!
Thank you!
Chief Steve Kerber
