As a reminder to all, fireworks are illegal to possess in the City of Beverly Hills. The Beverly Hills Municipal Code reads as follows; 5601.2 Fireworks Prohibited. No person shall manufacture, store, offer for sale or discharge any fireworks in the city; provided further, fireworks may be discharged in conjunction with a city sponsored event. (Ord. 13-O-2650, eff. 1-1-2014)

California law defines illegal fireworks as: bottle rockets/sky rockets, exploding firecrackers, or extremely large explosions.
