UPDATE - July 3, 2014:
There are no new developments in the Erin Corwin missing person investigation. The search for Erin continues today with about a dozen Search and Rescue volunteers on the ground and a Sheriff’s helicopter searching from the air. Specialized Investigators, Morongo Basin/Twentynine Palms station detectives and patrol personnel are also on scene. The search area continues to be in and around the Joshua Tree National Park.

The search for Erin Corwin began on Sunday, and continues in and around the Joshua Tree National Park by Sheriff’s Aviation and Search and Rescue volunteers. Erin’s vehicle was found in Twentynine Palms on Monday, but there was no indication of her direction of travel or current whereabouts.

SUMMARY:
On Saturday, June 28, 2014 at 7:00 a.m., 19 year old Erin Corwin was last seen leaving her Twentynine Palms home enroute to Joshua Tree National Forest. On Sunday, June 29, 2014, her husband reported her missing. The San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department began an extensive search by air and on the ground, utilizing volunteers and search and rescue teams. San Bernardino Sheriff's Homicide Detail was contacted to assist in the investigation.
Erin is a white female adult, 5' 02" tall, weighing 120 lbs, with brown hair and blue eyes and is three months pregnant. She has no history of medical and/or psychological issues. Erin was last seen driving a blue, 2013 Toyota Corolla with California license plate number 7CJX519.
