The following information is updating the recent homicide that occurred in the Town of Windsor.
Sonoma County Sheriff’s Office Violent Crimes Investigation Detectives located and arrested Sergio Quiroz, a 21 year old resident of Santa Rosa, for 32 PC - Accessory to Murder, for his involvement in the homicide. He is currently being held without bail in County Jail.
Sonoma County Sheriff’s Office Violent Crimes Investigation Detectives have secured arrest warrants for three suspects, all of whom are Santa Rosa residents. The three are juveniles and are wanted for their involvement in the shooting at a residence that occurred in the Town of Windsor on the night of June 22, 2014.
The homicide is being investigated as a gang-related crime and the three suspects are considered armed and dangerous.
17 year old Flavio Caballero, 16 year old Duane Morgan, and 16 year old Oscar Aguilar are wanted in connection with the shooting death of Nathaniel Torres and attempted murder of three other victims.
This case is still being actively investigated by the Violent Crimes Investigations Unit of the Sonoma County Sheriff’s Office.
The Sonoma County Sheriff’s Office is releasing photographs of the three suspects wanted in connection with the homicide in hope that the public may have information regarding their whereabouts.
We are asking for the public’s help in locating Caballero, Morgan and Aguilar. Anyone with information is encouraged to call the Sonoma County Sheriff’s Office Investigations Bureau at 707-565-2185.
