Arrest Made On Oral Copulation by Force or Duress, Sodomy, Assault GBI, Penetration w/Foreign Object by Force, and Spousal Abuse. 
On Monday, June 30, 2014, at approximately 10:34am, Corcoran Police Officer Sergio Moran contacted a female subject in the
lobby of the Corcoran Police Department. Upon speaking with the female, Officer Moran learned she had been the victim of Spousal Abuse.
Upon interviewing the female, Officer Moran learned the assault took place on Sunday, June 29, 2014, at approximately 11:00pm. The female said the assault occurred over a period of one hour to an hour and a half.
The female said her boyfriend of 2 years; Alfred Lemus began accusing her of cheating on him. She said an argument ensued and Lemus punched her in the face and then struck her in the head with a metal pipe.
She said over the next hour and a half she was sexually assaulted by Lemus. She said she was forced to perform unwanted sexual acts. She said she pleaded for Lemus to stop but he would not.
Based on the information received, Alfred Lemus was contacted at his place of employment and taken into custody.
Lemus was booked into the Kings County Jail on the charge of 245(a)(1) PC- Assault with a deadly weapon, 273.5(a) PC- Domestic Violence with injury, 289(a)(1)(a) PC- Penetration with foreign object with duress or fear, 422 PC- Criminal threats, 286(2)(a) PC- Sodomy with duress or fear, 288a(c)(2) PC- Oral copulation with duress or fear, 273.5(f)(1) PC- Domestic violence with prior, and 236 PC- False imprisonment.
Lemus is currently being held on $400,000.00 bail
