Please help us find this missing person.
Bivins Hicks Jr. “Toby” Williams was last seen in the 13800 block of Balmore Circle in northwest Harris County on July 1, 2014 at 10:30 am.
Mr. Williams is described as an 82-year-old white male with blue eyes and white hair. He is 5’09” tall and weighs approximately 140 lbs.
He was wearing a green shirt and khaki pants at the time of his disappearance.
Mr. Williams suffers from memory loss.
