Kentucky Escapee Captured in Fulton
Fulton – Yesterday evening, officers assigned to the United States Marshal’s Fugitive Task Force and the Indiana State Police Area Criminal Investigations Division captured an inmate who escaped from the Boyle County Detention Center located Danville, KY.
At approximately 4:45 p.m., officers arrested Joshua Thompson, 32, and his wife, Stephanie Sobleski, 31, when each was served an arrest warrant at a residence on 202 West Dunn Street, Fulton, IN. Thompson was wanted for escape from the Boyle County Detention Center. He allegedly did not return from a work release detail on May 20, 2014. He was serving a sentence for possession of a controlled substance and wanton endangerment. Sobleski had an arrest warrant for aiding and assisting in Thompson’s escape.
They were both transported to the Fulton County Jail. They are being held with no bond pending extradition. The arrest warrants were filed by the Kentucky State Police/Richmond District.
