On June 26, 2014, at 6:30 P.M. Deputy Bryan Small observed a Vaughn E. Schuessler age 47 of Princeton travel Eastbound on State Street in Princeton, and fail to stop at the stop signs posted at Seminary Street and Race Street. Upon initiating a traffic stop Deputy Small detected the odor of an alcoholic beverage coming from Mr. Schuessler’s person. During a roadside investigation Deputy Small administered Standard Field Sobriety Tests and a Portable Breath Test to Mr. Schuessler. At the conclusion of his roadside investigation Vaughn E. Schuessler was taken into custody and transported to the Gibson County Jail.

Mr. Schuessler was charged with Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated and remains in custody on a $350 bond.
