Paradiso 2014 statistics: Thurs-Sun, 76 calls for service, 23 booked into jail. Similar to 2013.

(Concert was Friday and Saturday. Those using the Gorge Campground started arriving at noon Thursday).

Attendance over 25,000

2014 totals:

· Calls for service: 76, including drugs, assault, trespassing, fraud, theft, minor traffic accidents.
· Booked into jail: 23, most for drug related charges such as distributing or selling dangerous drugs. Two persons were arrested for vandalism.


2013 totals for comparison:

· Calls for service: 87
· Booked into jail: 23


GCSO Highlights 2014:

· A greater number of uniformed and undercover officers on site made multiple arrests of people who were possessing or selling/distributing dangerous drugs such as Ecstacy, Molly, methamphetamine and psilocybin mushrooms.

· Aside from the small amount of people who were responsible for a small percentage of crime or bad behavior, the majority of the concertgoers were polite and just wanted to have a good time.
