The Sheriff's Homicide Unit wants your help in solving the murder of Felix Patricio Abarca.
On November 23, 1990, a woman's body was found off of Sunrise Highway at mile marker 33.5 in Mount Laguna. During the autopsy, the Medical Examiner determined the victim was a male who was undergoing gender reassignment surgery.
The Medical Examiner also determined the cause death as asphyxiation.
Felix was also known by the name "Laura." Laura was last seen on October 17, 1990 and was reported missing on November 18, 1990.
