Missing Person (updated photo) 
Noemi Coolbaugh, AKA: "Mimi," is still missing. She is approximately 5'5" in height, has brown hair, brown eyes and weights approximately 130lbs. She is possibly wearing glasses and her hair is possibly darker than it appears in the photo. She was last seen on Sunday (06/22/2014) morning after she left her residence on the 700 Block of Sixth Street on foot without her phone and purse.
