On June 18, 2014 Tyshun Jamil Marshall, B/M 508 140 DOB 03141994, failed to return to custody after leaving his place of employment. Tyshun Marshall was sentenced to the Clayton County Sheriff's Office Work Release Program. As a condition of his sentence Mr. Marshall is allowed to leave and go to work with the provision he must return to custody during non-working hours. Tyshun Marshall has violated the order of Superior Court Judge D. Benefield. Therefore, a Criminal Arrest Warrant for the Offense of Felony Escape was obtained. Mr. Marshall is now in custody in Clayton County Jail and is charged with Felony Escape. Thank You for your assistance and continued support. Sheriff Victor Hill.
