Counterfeit Credit Cards Found During Traffic Stop
Putnam County-Today at 11:53, Indiana State Police Trooper Yan Dravigne was patrolling Interstate 70 westbound near the 39 mile marker, when he stopped a 2007 Chevrolet Impala for a license plate violation. During the stop, the male driver produced another person’s driver’s license as his, was very nervous and was untruthful in his conversations. The driver did not have a valid driver’s license under his name. Dravigne received consent to search the vehicle and inside the passenger compartment of the vehicle were several counterfeit credit/gift cards. The driver was taken into custody and transported to the Putnam County Jail.
