Sexual Battery Suspect Arrested Since April of 2014, there have been several indecent exposures and or unlawful touching incidents in and around Fox Hills Park in Culver City. In all of these crimes, the suspect approached woman and either exposed himself or groped them. This morning, Culver City Police Department Investigators arrested a Los Angeles resident that we believe is responsible for the aforementioned crimes. He is described as a male, African American, with a thin build, in his mid-twenties.
