Crime Description / Code: Armed Robbery/Penal Code 211
Suspect(s): White male adult, mid to late 20’s, 508 tall, medium build, wearing a white tshirt or towel over his head/face, white t-shirt and blue jeans. Suspect was armed with a hatchet.
Suspect Vehicle: Newer, silver 4 door vehicle.

On Sunday, June 8th at approximately 11:03 pm, the Walnut Creek Police Department received a call that a robbery had just occurred at the 7-Eleven store located at 301 N. Civic Drive. The suspect (listed above) had robbed an employee with the use of a hatchet. The suspect fled in a newer model silver 4 door vehicle with an undisclosed amount of money. The employee was not injured during the robbery.
