On June 7, 2014 at 0634 hours, the Burlington Fire/Police Department was dispatched to 249 Elmwood Avenue #4 for a medical issue. Once on scene, it was determined that a 24-year old-male identified as Chhiri Pasa Tamang, was unresponsive and recitative efforts were initiated. Tamang was transported to the Fletcher Allen Health Care Center where his death was pronounced.
Nothing overtly suspicious was noted about this death beyond the age of the deceased.
An autopsy is pending to determine the cause and manner of Tamang’s death.
