Traffic Stop Results in Two Arrested

Scott County-Yesterday evening at approximately 5:23 pm, Trooper Nick Yaeger of the Indiana State Police Post at Sellersburg stopped a blue 1999 Dodge truck for a traffic infraction. The traffic stop took place at Moonglo Road and U.S. Highway #31 in Scottsburg.

During the traffic stop it was discovered the vehicle was falsely registered. A search of the vehicle and its contents located drug paraphernalia and suspected Methamphetamine. The driver, Justin S. Perry, 35, of Drakewood Lane in Scottsburg and passenger, Janice E. Arbuckle, 44, of Cypress Lane in Scottsburg were arrested for Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Paraphernalia and Maintaining a Common Nuisance. Both were incarcerated at the Scott County Jail.
