Torrance City Yard Open House on 06-07-14, between 10am-2pm 
The Torrance City Yard will be hosting an Open House and a Disaster Preparedness and Environmental Fair on Saturday, June, 7, 2014. The event will be from 10a.m. to 2p.m. and will be located at the City of Torrance, City Services Facility “City Yard” at 20500 Madrona Ave.
There will be FREE parking and shuttle service located at the courthouse; 825 Maple Ave. There will be NO Parking at the city yard.
There will be demonstrations and displays of city vehicles and equipment - buses, refuse trucks, high-rangers, dump trucks, fire trucks and more! Kids are welcome aboard to have their picture taken. For the car enthusiasts come and enjoy classic, custom and modified cars and motorcycles that will also be on display on this day.
Come learn about disaster preparedness and learn about environmental concerns and energy conservation and what you and your family can do to contribute. Fun for the whole family!
