Terrorist Threat Arrest
(Etowah County, Alabama) A Glencoe man has been arrested and charged for making a terrorist threat, according to Sheriff Todd Entrekin.
“Floyd Isaac Vaughn, 58, of Glencoe, is charged with one count of making a terrorist threat, which is a felony,” states Sgt. Jason Argo.
Vaughn told a Hokes Bluff police officer on May 25, that he did not appreciate the way a Glencoe police officer had spoken to him at a previous incident and that he was going to shoot the officer the next time he encountered him.
He was taken into custody today by Sheriff Todd Entrekin during a traffic stop.
Vaughn is currently being detained in the Etowah County Detention Center on $2,500 bond.
