The ROCKTON Memorial Day parade begins lining up on East River st. at Blackhawk Blvd at 8:00 am. It steps off at 9:00am and proceeds north on Blackhawk to Main st. West on Main to Center, Center to Union, Union to West st. and north on West st. to the Cemetery. Expect delays or avoid the areas listed .
