PV Drive East is in blocked both directions at Via Subida in RPV due to downed tree. Public works enroute, no ETA. 
There is a large tree blocking both lanes on Palos Verdes Drive East at Via Subida.
Residents living south of Via Subida will have to use Palos Verdes Drive South to get in and out of the area.
Please follow instructions given by deputies and fire department personnel at the scene.
