Local residents were able to identify this man as "Tim" and called Conyers Police when they saw him again Thursday morning. Officers made contact with Timothy Alan Wells, 53, at his residence 1202 Cardinal Rd. It was determined that Wells had a handgun in his possession while on Pine Street Elementary's property Wednesday morning. Wells was arrested and booked in at the Rockdale County Jail.

Heavy set white male, orange t-shirt, black shorts, flip flops was seen loitering in the area of Pine Street Elementary just before 7:30am this morning. He may have been dumpster diving. He was last seen walking toward Milstead Ave.
