Search Warrant Nets Five Arrests

Montgomery County-On Tuesday the 29th of April at approximately 4:00 p.m, a search warrant was executed at 102 East Walnut Street in Alamo, IN reference possible methamphetamine dealing and possession.

Members of the Indiana State Police Drug Enforcement Section with assistance from ISP Meth Suppression Section, Marijuana Eradication Section, Emergency Response Team, Explosive Ordnance Disposal, Crawfordsville Police Department, Montgomery County Sheriff’s Department and Crawfordsville Fire and EMS entered the residence of Shawd J. Fairfield, 51 and allegedly found meth, marijuana and other paraphernalia inside the residence. Fairfield was taken into custody and charged with:
Possession of Marijuana
Dealing in Meth
Possession of Meth
Possession of Paraphernalia
Maintaining a Common Nuisance

Other suspects at the residence who were taken into custody were Zack Harvey, 29 of the Crawfordsville area. He was charged with Possession of Paraphernalia and Visiting a Common Nuisance. Kevin Hensel, 50 of the Crawfordsville area was charged with Possession of Meth and Visiting a Common Nuisance. Rocklyn Bourgeois, 56 years old from Alamo was charged with Possession of Paraphernalia and Maintaining a Common Nuisance. Tracy M. Kinirsky, 24 of Crawfordsville was charged with Dealing Meth (three counts), Possession of Meth and Visiting a Common Nuisance. All were booked into the Montgomery County Jail.

The warrant was obtained after a lengthy investigation done by the Indiana State Police with assistance from Crawfordsville Police Department and the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Department. The investigation is continuing.

All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
