1 Injured in Crash.


Sheriff Joseph M. Underwood Jr. reports that on 4/29/14 his office was called to investigate a personal injury crash in Penn Township. 19 year old Marcellus resident, Jacob High, was Southbound on Ely rd when he ran off the roadway and struck a tree. Mr. high was transported by ambulance to Three Rivers Hospital for treatment. It is believed that alcohol was not a factor and that he was using his seat belt. This case remains under investigation.
