ROAD CLOSURE AVOID Lake Street from Chestnut to Burbank Boulevard due to a water main break until 6 PM today 
On April 27, 2014 at 0049 hours, Officers and fire personnel responded to Lake Street north of Chestnut regarding a water main break with water protruding out of the road.
Officers shut down the roadway of Lake Street between Chestnut and Burbank Boulevard due to the water line break.
Burbank Water Department personnel arrived and determined that the base of the roadway was sufficiently stabilized with enough concrete that a sinkhole was not possible.
Water and Poer personnel are completing the repairs on the water main line and surrounding street concrete.
The area will be closed to all traffic until at least 6 PM today, Monday April 28, 2014.
