Railroad crossing arms/lights will not be functioning, Kootenai By Rd & Oden Bay Rd until 3 PM today. Traffic should not be impeded. 
Railroad crossing lights will be out of service at the Kootenai Bay RD RR crossing, as well as the Oden Bay RD RR crossing. Montana Rail Link will be working on the track in that area until 3 PM today, vehicle traffic will be allowed to pass through.
