Two charged with stealing table saw from house under construction on Tight Run Road 
Detective Jason Grindstaff of the McDowell County Sheriff’s Office charged 18-year-old Levi Dillon Harris, of Greasy Creek Road in Marion, and 26-year-old Joshua Matthew McCombs, of Hemphill Road in Union Mills, with felony breaking and entering and felony larceny.
On April 3, Roger Padgett reported that someone broke into a home under construction on Tight Run Road and stole a $1,000 table saw.
Grindstaff said, that same day, Rutherford County sheriff’s deputies stopped a vehicle on U.S. 221 in Rutherford and found the stolen table saw in the bed of the truck.
The saw was recovered.
The two face charges in Rutherford County as well.
